EXPERIENCED WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING INTERNAL ACCOUNT MANAGER / SALES COORDINATOR TO DELIVER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BOOST SALES

TITLE: Internal Account Manager / Customer Service Executive - Waste & Recycling

LOCATION: Oldbury area

SALARY: Up to £30,000 DOE

ROLE: Internal Account Manager / Customer Service Executive - Waste & Recycling

You deliver high-quality customer care, managing enquiries across multiple channels and supporting the Sales and IC teams with accurate quotations. You handle waste-input bookings, transport coordination, and all required documentation, while overseeing invoicing, resolving queries, and managing complaints.

You will onboard new customers, support key accounts with reporting and scheduling, and liaise with drivers and internal teams to ensure smooth operational, technical, and regulatory integration.

EXPERIENCE: Internal Account Manager / Customer Service Executive - Waste & Recycling

You will have worked in a customer service, sales, or account management role in the waste & recycling sector

PREVIOUS ROLES IN WASTE MANAGEMENT & RECYCLING MAY HAVE BEEN: Customer Service Advisor, Telesales executive, Internal Account Manager, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Executive, Internal Sales Advisor
